Lead Occupational Therapist
Candidate must have a minimum of 6 years of practical clinical experience as well as supervision and prior management experience with a solid business acumen for program development, team building, revenue growth, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, a self-starter, and energized to take this next step in their career. Job responsibilities will include supervision of both OTR’s and COTA’s with weekly team meetings and individual mentoring as needed. Additional responsibilities will include assisting with marketing the OT program, streamlining current policies and procedures, building referral relationships, and program development. This position will require the candidate to complete evaluations, consultations and maintain a small caseload of clients. The position will also include ongoing collaboration with the Lead Speech Therapist and Executive Director with a common goal to continue to develop and grow the practice as a whole.
